Rove inaugurated its first full-service electric vehicle (EV) charging center in Santa Ana on Tuesday, bringing a new level of convenience to EV owners in Southern California. Located at 1008 E. 17th Street, the facility features 40 fast chargers capable of servicing over 1,000 EVs daily.
Designed to resemble a rest stop rather than a traditional gas station, the Santa Ana EV charging center offers amenities such as a Gelson’s mini market, a 24/7 indoor lounge with free Wi-Fi, restrooms, night security, and even a car wash.
“Our team set out to create more than just a charging station. We designed a community destination, a place where our customers would feel at ease and supported,” said Bill Reid, Chairman and CEO of Rove.
Looking ahead, Rove plans to expand its footprint by opening ten more centers across Southern California by 2026.
