
Chrysler has announced a recall of 33,777 2025 Ram 1500 trucks due to a potential defect in the electronic stability control system.
The recall, filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) on October 24, affects certain models that may have a damaged front wheel hub encoder ring. If this component is compromised, the electronic stability control system could become disabled, making the trucks non-compliant dddddddwith Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 126 for stability control.

Alternatively, you can call FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403, referencing recall number 97B. Chrysler will also send out owner notification letters by December 19. If affected, a Chrysler dealership will provide a complimentary inspection and necessary repairs.
