European Collision Center

European Collision Center was founded in 2008 by Ludwik Rutkowski and Dennis Kirkpatrick, who spent 17 years working within the BMW Certified Collision Program. Their experience in this program highlighted the immense value of factory certification programs, which set the standard for repair procedures and equipment. They discovered that manufacturer training and guidance are far superior to training without direct factory sponsorship.

We started as a small team of dedicated professionals, all sharing a passion for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Our team underwent extensive training to become Mercedes-Benz Factory Certified, and since then, we’ve also achieved certifications for Porsche, Audi, Tesla, Rivian, and Sprinter. We continue to maintain our BMW training and certification standards, applying these exacting standards to every vehicle we repair.

At European Collision Center, we adhere to factory repair procedures for every make and model we service. We are also committed to environmental responsibility, ensuring all materials and products are eco-friendly and properly disposed of.

ECC is a full-service collision and body repair facility located in San Francisco, with two convenient locations in the SOMA/Mission District and Bernal Heights/Dog Patch/Bayview areas.
